Letting Negotiator : Full Time Position

This is an immediate start for an ambitious and highly driven Letting Negotiator to come on board to join our hugley succesful and expanding team.

Every day is different in our dynamic Leeds office, were looking for someone calm and cheerful, who enjoys connecting with people to liase with our portfolio clients and tenants.

Succesful applicants will be:

  • Registering potential tenants over the phone and face to face
  • Generating new business
  • Arranging and attending viewings
  • Liasing offers between landlords and tenants
  • Closing sales
  • Negotiating letting contracts

Succesful applicant need to be:

  • an excellent communicator
  • Self motivated and able to work on your own initiative
  • Punctual and organised
  • Computer literate

Renumeration: Basic Salary £16,000 with on target earnings of £20,000
